AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

For shipping within Australia we use either Express Post satchels or eParcel so that the delivery can be tracked. Shipping costs are $7.90 for under 500gram or $11.10 for under 3kg.   The ordering system automatically calculates your weights and lets you know shipping costs before you go through to final payment.

Postage Insurance can be added to protect your purchase through to delivery.

Orders are usually dispatched within 4 days of receipt. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Orders in Australia under 3kgs are delivered by either Australia Post Express Post or eParcel which includes a tracking number.  Australian orders over 3kg are delivered registered post.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Overseas orders are exempt from the 10% G.S.T. charges included in the Australian prices and take just 14 days from the dispatch date.  Postage Insurance can be added to protect your purchase through to delivery.

Products weights are shown in the product title line as (20g) You need to add all the weights of your product (remember to multiply items that you buy more than 1 of) and then select the freight option that matches your location and the weight of your order.

Please select the correct shipping option for you. Vet-Pet-Supplies-Online will contact you by email if the weight option you choose is incorrectly calculated.  This unfortunately will delay your order until freight charges have been confirmed by you.
